  Tate Hansen, Owner, Principal

  Tate has more than 15 years of engineering experience and has performed hundreds of security assessments and penetration tests. He has specialized in security over the last decade including security product development. Tate has been approved to perform PCI Data Security Scans (PCI ASV) and holds industry certifications, including the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and ISRM (Information Security Red Team Methodology).

  Prior to founding ClearNet Security, Tate worked as a security engineer on the Intrusion Detection and Vulnerability Assessment product teams at StillSecure, worked at Sun Microsystems where he solved critical networking problems for Sun’s customers, and was a member of Sun’s CCC (Customer Care Center) Security Team.

  Charles Grimes II, Owner, Principal

  Charles is ClearNet Security's principal technologist. He has more than 12 years of software design and engineering experience, and has patented work in the area of adaptive, distributed data collection.

  Charles has a proven track record of successfully bringing new products and intellectual property to market. His teams have produced new data analysis technologies for:
